Marigold Dabu Coin-Motif Unstitched Cotton Fabric Set — Kairi Border

Sun-coin bootis in resist white dot a marigold ground — hand block printed using the dabu technique of Rajasthan, where a mud-resist paste is stamped onto the cloth before dyeing, leaving each motif pale against the colour that surrounds it. The marigold deepens through an ombre wash into coral red at the hem, where a kairi (mango-leaf) trail runs as a border band, then opens into a denser cluster of the same kairi motif scattered edge to edge.

The second fabric carries that kairi cluster solo — white on a solid red ground, no ombre, no border, just the motif repeated dense and even. A solid marigold piece completes the set, left plain so the two printed fabrics have room to lead.

This unstitched cotton set includes 2.25m for the top, 2.25m for the bottom, and 2.5m for the dupatta — 7.5m in total, ready for your tailor to shape into whatever you're picturing.
