At Vunaya, every piece is packed with the same care that goes into making it. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within [X] business days of purchase. During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed if there's a delay.

Once your order is packed and handed to our courier partner, you'll receive a confirmation with a tracking link via email and SMS, so you can follow it the rest of the way home.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Standard delivery time: 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote or non-serviceable pin codes — if this affects your order, our team will reach out to let you know.

Cash on Delivery: Not currently available

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please reach out to us at support@vunaya.in and we'll look into it right away.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we work closely with our courier partners to meet the timelines above, factors like weather, regional logistics disruptions, or high-volume periods (festive season, sale events) may occasionally cause delays. We'll always communicate proactively if your order is affected.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us at support@vunaya.in as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify the shipping address.
